Description

@TCB Games & Collectibles. 656 Eastern Blvd Clarksville, IN Party of 4-6 1st level characters; point buy for stats June 13th 1pm. DnD 5e 18+ DM: @wonkav8 (Brian) $5 entry fee The group is venturing home to Vallaki after escorting musicians back to Skald in Kartakass after their performance at the season festival. A local there advised the party take a shortcut through the ancient Red Tear forest to avoid going around the Lake of Red Tears, some nonsense about spooks and nasties and people going missing in the ruins east of the lake. Upon heeding this well intentioned warning, they now find themselves lost in unfamiliar woods and darkness is setting in. Since choosing the less sinister of two trails, the party has felt uneasy as if something has been following them. The farther along the chosen trail they go, the narrower and less travelled the trail looks. Finally, a clearing opens where a dimly lit moss covered cabin sits at the far side of the clearing. A frail looking elderly woman sits on a rocking chair next to a hulking male sitting on a huge stump. The woman stops rocking and waves. In the distance, a howl unlike anything you have ever heard echoes through the forest. The last glimpse of daylight is barely providing any light through the forest canopy. The wave becomes a frantic gesture towards the cabin. Sign up in store at TCB or on our Dscord Log in to view

Blood Sun

Homebrew
House rules, a custom setting, or a system the Game Master wrote themselves.
Roleplay focused
Conversation, character and story take up most of the table time.
Everyone is welcome to the blood sun guild. Here we are beginning to have one shots, potentially campaigns, and we hope to also be a community where everyone can be friends. In the blood sun we have one shots based of the lore of the blood sun religion (rp). Missions can vary from defending towns from enemies to going against strongest enemies in the history of blood sun. This isn’t just normal stuff where you would be playing a normal character while these enemies are stronger and get more and better abilities, the blood sun members who participate in the one shots get Homebrew blood magic, abilities, and features. For everyone you can ask me for 1-2 unique abilities your character only would have. As for the campaigns I mentioned those would be longer missions (round 2-5 sessions or a bit more) or can be alternate realities of the blood sun like one I am currently running where it is weaker than ever. For the Homebrew magic and stuff I plan on using this website called Nemesiscodex where I can directly import the Homebrew stuff. PLEASE DM ME ON DISCORD I DONT CHECK HERE

"Year 0" Prequel One-Shot BARD-ONLY (BYOI)

LGBTQ+ friendly

Hello hello! I am Matthew. I am a new DM building a homebrew world, and I want your help filling in its history. Before my main campaign begins, I am running a series of one-shots set in "Year 0". This is when an apocalyptic cataclysm nearly ends the world. The future campaign will be set centuries afterward. This post is for a specific prequel one-shot for a party of four bards. AND you as the player ideally have an instrument to RP with and maybe play poorly. When? I run my business from home and have a family, so M-F during the day works best. These one-shots will take place Tuesday through Thursday, between 9:00am and 2:00pm Central time (chicago area). If you work from home, work nights, or live in a time zone where this is your evening, this table is for you! What is it? You will play level 6 bards surviving the chaos of a larger conflict. You may be "just" bards, but together you can make a real difference in this harried, crumbling world. All of this happens under the shadow of the First King, whose mysterious sacrifice during this era saves the realm but curses his bloodline forever. Legacy? Yup If you survive, I have a "Fortune & Fate" roll planned to help determine your character's epilogue. Though you will have plenty of creative control over their outcomes. My particular hope with this one-shot is to establish a few bards as local heroes of sorts. And in the epilogue and leading into the future campaign, these bards and their instruments will be cherished.

You might be pulling off a desperate heist for a magical artifact, escorting refugees to safety, or holding the line against impossible odds. All of this happens under the shadow of the First King, whose mysterious sacrifice during this era saved the realm but cursed his bloodline forever. Legacy? Yup If you survive, I have a "Fortune & Fate" roll planned to help determine your character's epilogue. Though you will have plenty of creative control over their outcomes. Survive or not - your characters will become the myths, ancestors, and founders in the larger campaign!
