Description

Game: OSE Classic Fantasy Day: Mondays Time: 6.30 PM - 9.30 PM (GMT+1) Frequency: Weekly Location: Roll20 + Discord (voice) I'm running an OSE Classic Fantasy campaign on Mondays, 18:30 to 21:30 (GMT+1). We have four players, but not everyone can make it every week. As such, we're looking for one or two more to join us so we can play more regularly. Both new and experienced players are welcome. We've had 28 sessions so far. Currently, the party is made up of characters ranging from 1st to 3rd level. Players often control multiple characters each session, although this is not a requirement. If you decide to join, you can roll up your own character or take control of a pre-existing one. Adventures take place around Guido's Fort, an isolated frontier settlement in a far-west region. We've been playing through B5 Horror on the Hill, although the party is presently involved in unrelated affairs. I've included homebrew content in the surrounding area, so the module is by no means the sole focus of the campaign. You can expect your typical classic-fantasy fare: exploring dungeons, fighting humanoids, contending with traps, and (hopefully) finding treasure. We don't do a lot of roleplaying, nor is there much focus on character development. Much of the conversation during sessions is out-of-character, although interactions with monsters and NPCs are often in-character. We've just switched from Owlbear Rodeo to Roll20, so there may be a short adjustment period while I get used to it. We use tokens and combat is grid-based. Sometimes the players draw the map, other times I'll draw it for them. Here is a non-exhaustive list of house rules:
  • Ascending AC
  • Combat Talents for Fighters
  • D6 Thief Skills
  • No Clerics of Neutral alignment
  • Chaotic Clerics have a variant turning ability (Pacify/Enthral)
  • 10-slot inventory (inspired by Cairn)
If you have any questions or would like to join, please get in touch.

"You remember our venerable house, opulent and imperial. It is a festering abomination! I beg you. Return home; claim your birthright, and deliver our family from the ravenous, clutching shadows of the Darkest Dungeon." Hi everyone I'm looking for 4-6 players for a Darkest Dungeon themed old school D&D campaign. I'll be running it through Old School Essentials (A repackaging of Basic/Expert D&D) with some fairly heavy homebrewing to make it fit the source material (Stress, Quirks, Unique Heroes) It should be fairly accessible to anyone, regardless of your experience with D&D or old school play. The overall focus will be on delving the dungeons of the region, recovering artefacts, amassing wealth and getting powerful enough to finally defeat the evil deep beneath the manor. Currently looking at Sunday 6pm CET / 12pm EDT with some room for flexibility based on replies. Play will be on Discord. Open to any enjoyer of Darkest Dungeon, regardless of experience. Drop me a DM if you're interested and tell me who your favourite hero is. I look forward to hearing from you!

Sunday +2 GMT, biweekly, 20$ per session Foundry + Discord Sign up on Startplaying HERE - You are part of secret government organization that deals with unnatural threats and protects the world from experiences you will need to live for the rest of your life. Conducting a Delta Green operation is like an immune system response; you must identify and destroy the infection before it kills the body. This campaign comprises of six operations for new and old Delta Green players that would like to face reality where lovecraftian monstrosities are more down to earth then you would think. You can join for all of them as one ongoing cycle or pick and choose which operations you would like to be part of - check "party notes" below to see which operation is currently played. • Reverberations: Reverb is back in Chicago. Users vanish, leaving wrecked rooms behind. Stop the source of this unnatural threat. • Viscid: A geneticist dies in Seattle. Unnatural "Blue Blood" is spreading. Confront a lethal conspiracy before it’s too late. • Music From a Darkened Room: 18 people died at 1206 Spooner Ave. An agent just joined them. Enter the house that is cold, alive, and hungry. • Extremophilia: A deputy dies of poisoning in Montana. Stop a contagious threat before you become its next vector. • The Star Chamber: Adjudicate a mission in Myanmar. Replay choices to find the truth: did they betray humanity to the Tcho-Tchos? • Observer Effect: A lab looked too deeply into reality. Isolate the staffers before a mindless chaos consumes our existence. Never played Delta Green? Don't worry - game is simple and you will pick up the system as we play! We will kick off with session zero to agree on table rules and expectations. Before joining be aware that this game is for mature players and will involve difficult moral decisions as well as might involve emotional roleplaying about human relations and their slow degradation. It is not a happy game about killing monsters. It is a game about consequences.
