I'm Nick, I'm a 32yo male/AMAB non-binary person, with a few years of experience playing D&D 3.5, D&D 5.0, and CoC 7th. I'm a little burnt out on those (mostly D&D/high fantasy) so I'd prefer to play a different system, but I'm not against those systems if the campaign is appealing enough. I'm open-minded, intelligent, and a quick learner so picking up new systems is pretty easy for me. The systems that appeal to me the most right now are Mutants & Masterminds, Cyberpunk, Mothership, Kult, Unknown Armies, any World/Chronicles of Darkness system, or any obscure or homebrew horror system (any setting with heavy horror). My ideal group would consist of people around my age but I'll play with anyone 18+. I'm friendly and get along with pretty much everyone, and have thick skin so I don't mind banter, darker themes, or adult content. LGBTQIA+ friendly (obviously lol), female friendly, POC friendly. I'm also not going to get too antsy if we get a little derailed from play sometimes, especially with goofier groups, but I love serious play just as much. Currently looking to play weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, during evenings/nights. Saturdays are undesirable at the moment but if I really love the campaign idea I can make the time for it. I can't play Tuesday afternoons and both Wednesday and Sunday are off limits at the moment. Long term campaigns are ideal. I'm a pretty dedicated player, I rarely miss sessions. Any VTT is fine (I love Foundry), theater of the mind is also fine. I'm not a big fan of Roll20 but I'll use it if I have to lol. I have and use Discord regularly. I also would pefer not to be on cam, but I do have a webcam. However I do not want to be recorded and posted on the public internet so skip me if you're running on a stream, youtube recording, podcast, etc. Recordings for private note-taking purposes are okay but do not post them online publicly. I love creating characters (especially flawed characters) so I usually have several character ideas for multiple systems either ready-to-play or brewing, even for systems I've ever played (such as M&M 3e, Unknown Armies, Kult, etc). I'm flexible enough to stick with RAW or go full homebrew, I will always work with the DM to ensure that my character is suitable for their campaign, especially if we dive into heavy homebrew. I generally prefer not to min/max but I'm not against it, I just find flawed characters (mechanical and flavor) to be far more interesting and fun to play. I don't meta game, backseat game, rules lawyer, and I don't have main character syndrome (if anything I'm a little shy of the limelight). I can also handle bad outcomes and character death, I believe that's just part of the storytelling aspect of TTRPGs. I love roleplay, combat, exploration, puzzle solving, pretty much every aspect of TTRPGs so I'm generally comfortable with any ratio. I also sometimes to photo-manipulation/digital collage art, drawn art (digital and traditional), etc for my character, other characters, campaigns, but I'm not very good at it (yet). Usually this is for comedic effect or out of necessity. I also do art and writing outside of TTRPG play. Not interested in play-by-post or paid games, sorry.

I've been a World of Darkness player since the mid-'90s, though I haven't played as much since college and I'd like to change that. Vampire: the Masquerade is my personal favorite, but I like all the classic WoD lines. I also would like to try some other, lesser-known systems, but I have much less familiarity with their rulesets. I'm a roleplayer first, but I do enjoy some combat as well; I can get into most types of stories, though I'm usually not wild about romance. I like anything that really allows a deep, sustained exploration of the setting and its themes, as well as the backstories of all the characters involved. I'd love to find a weekly game, but as long as the schedule is consistent, I can be flexible.

Hello! You can refer to me as Grizz or Doom, either nickname works until we get to know each other better.  To get the essentials out of the way; My most experiance is in DnD 5e by far with a few campaigns and plenty of characters beneath my belt. I have dabbled a little in Cybperunk Red & Vampire the Masqurade, though not a full game as of yet. I am a detailed and literate roleplayer with eight years experiance with an average post length of one to two paragraphs that can easily adjust according to scene and pacing. I'm hoping to find someone experianced in GURPS to show me the rulset and teach me about that TTRPG. Be it a one shot or a long term campiagn between us - I have heard a lot of stuff relating to GURPS character creation and the sheer amount of veriaty you could make in it. So I'm hoping to learn just how far that rabbit hole goes in how in depth those systems really are. I am open to any type of campaign, Fantasy, Scifi, Modernday, Lovecraftian. Just give me the low down and details on what the game would be.

Old-timer who enjoys collaborative character-driven narratives! Preference I love long theatrical games with small groups of three or four where trust replaces the need for contraints. Where the focus is collaborating on building a story, developing characters, navigating social intrigue, diving into schemes and just having fun being creative together. Where the world and the cast is believable and relatable to some degree. I might lean towards the more serious, dark and dystopian games but I absolutely enjoy the occasional organic comedy, absurd situations and lots memes on the side. As a contrast, my least favourite games are those with large groups that's all about combat, optimising, winning and doing progression in a strict system. I prefer when everyone is on cam and I'm used to playing bi-weekly games of 3-4 hours. It's a good fit for me but I am not married to it. Playstyle I like to describe my character's actions in third person, speak as them and take some liberty to describe negligible parts of a scene when it involves my character. I like to stay in-character as much as possible and acting along a little bit on camera but I can adjust to most ways of playing. I'm very aware of the meta layer in games, all the unspoken information that goes on behind the scenes that can help setup spotlights and great moments, not just for my own character but for everyone at the table. I love setting other players up to shine and being as inclusive about the group as possible. I don't like when someone wanders off or doesn't get any spotlight. Also a big fan of lines and veils, and handling friction constructively post-session. Experience I've been into roleplaying games since the turn of the millenia where my curiosity was initially sparked by AD&D and Black Isles videogames. Since then I've played dozens of systems and spent possibly thousands of hours at the table as both player and gamemaster but I've put a pause on running games in recent years until my health is better. I've been into all the crunch of D&D and Pathfinder, the more deductive and psychological games like Delta Green, Eclipse Phase and the varities of World of Darkness, and lately I've been dabbling in more collaboration focused games like Blades in the Dark and The Wildsea. About me I'm in my forties and retired. I got a lot of free time which I'd like to spend more of on TTRPGs. It gives me a lot of flexibility for game sessions and I'm happy to spend time on all the practical stuff around games as well to take some of the load off what usually falls on the gamemaster. I've been told I can be a little intense up front since I'm not the shy type and I can get passionate about games, but once people get to know me, they often find me pretty easy going. Aside from that, I should mention that I've suffered some damage to the cartilage around my throat that can make my voice strain during long sessions. Online Setup Stationary computer at a desk with a decent camera and headset, a stable internet connection, an extra cam (DroidCam+OBS) for peripherals if needed, and I got the entire place to myself, so hopefully no interruptions. Previous experience using Discord, roll20, Foundry VTT, Google Docs and Notion as online tools for games. Give me a poke if you think I'd be a good fit for your game! Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, mostly as GM. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'm eager to try them out. I lean into characters hungry for lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors risking their sanity in eldritch tomes, or tomb raiding archaeologists uncovering more than they bargained for. I recently launched a paid Vampire: The Masquerade Chronicle, so I'm willing to trade seats if our playstyles and game list match. Hi there, everyone; I’m a writer of essays and fictions who has been long obsessed with the World of Darkness in all of its manifestations, Vampire and Hunter in particular, and especially their Fifth Editions; and I have been tasked by my sister (likewise well-versed in the WoD) with finding a suitable number of other players, and should we be fortunate enough, a Storyteller, to form a roleplaying group for ourselves and others to participate in! Conversely, if there are any extant groups searching for two additional players, we’d be happy to join you too. First of all, we’d like to introduce ourselves to you all in greater detail, so that you’ll have a greater comprehension at to who you’ll be playing with. We’re Annabelle, although you may call me Belle and my sister Anna if that is preferred; sisters who live some distance away from one another, but are nonetheless tightly-bound thanks to our mutual interests and complimentary personalities - Kindred spirits, perhaps. Anna is typically available when I am, and I live in the UK, so perhaps something in accordance with GMT/BST time-zones would be ideal; weekends would be best. We are both writers of rather creative aptitude, immersed in the labour of producing works of stature that are altogether attuned to the many patterns, nuances and ambiguities of existence; and our interest in TTRPGs, and roleplay more broadly, reflects this. Students of theatre, poetry and prose at heart, I like to think our ability to lose ourselves in our performances is unquestionably compelling. We are enamoured by horror - whether gothic, personal, political or cosmic - and it accompanies all that we explore in our writing and roleplay, and both have a particular fascination with the World of Darkness and its supernatural mythos. Speaking for myself, vampires have always been an obsession; but for now, we are principally concerned with finding a Hunter the Reckoning game to participate in. Hunter the Reckoning explores a number of themes which are of great interest to us, philosophically and artistically speaking; whether joining or forming a group, it seems like a good idea to establish our hopes for such a chronicle, to ensure we are compatible with whoever ends up reaching out to us. Some of these themes include, notwithstanding the broader category of horror we have already mentioned above: freedom, power and powerlessness, alienation, tragedy and futility, compulsion and coercion, otherness, addiction, mortality, social and political issues, mysticism and reality, and other things of a dark nature more broadly. We are not suggesting a game of totally grim proportions, however - some degree of levity and absurdity are just as significant to the dark, and this is reflected in the style of games we enjoy. The severity of the questions and themes posed must not create an entirely “grimdark” chronicle - something dark, yes, but levity is also necessary at points. hello! i'm xias. im a grad student in estonia i've played dnd before a few years ago but, i dont remember the specifics which is why i feel like my level is still on the beginner level. i do catch onto systems relatively quick but, i do struggle with the maths a bit in dnd haha. i've got experience with morkborg and don't mind trying more of the borgs honestly, i had fun! i've played cyberpunk:red for a bit, which is always a nice time. the game i have the most experience with is vtm but, i've played a homebrewed combined version of v20 and v3/revised haha.  im willing to try out new systems though, just looking to get into playing again since i haven't in a while :)

What do I offer? Experience: I have played or run games since 1996 when I started with AD&D 2e. I have played or run games in main stream systems like D&D, World for Darkness, Pathfinder, GURPS, FATE, Rifts, etc; smaller independent titles: Star Trek Adventures, Marvel Heroic RPG, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, etc. As well as playtested brand new games. Rime of the Frostmaiden & a homebrew Strahd campaign.  I will happily play in 5e & 5.5e games, though I have had an increased interest in p2fe/p2fre!  Tabletop games i have liked and played, would play again: 5e, pf2e, Vampire the Masquerade, Monster of the Week, Monsterhearts, Wanderhome, Call of Cthulhu  Tabletops I have not played but would be interested in: Blades in the Dark, Scum and Villainy, other Powered by the Apocalypse games or Forged in the Dark games, pf1e, Werewolf the Apocalypse, other World of Darkness games, Cyberpunk Red, etc etc My main goal as a player is to be a group player, to be someone that is wholly on the team with the other players! I love the collaborative nature of tabletop most, and why I always hold myself to be flexible and prioritize everyone's enjoyment and keep the table flowing! My characrer ideas are always many, but playing a characrer to the T is not a priority in the sense; that if it disrupts the flow and story of the table or conflicts wirh the group? Then I scrap that idea or develop the character different to mesh better!

Oy there,  Let's run down the stats yeah? Name...Why? Who you with? You got a three letter org backing you? Hmmm...alright then, Patrick. Most people call me Giant though, my wife started it. I just accept it.  Age an ancient, decrepit 44 years of age.  Location: Kent, Washington, the PNW! Home of Bridge Trolls (no really), Bigfoot, Glaciers and whimsy! That's the basics, the most basic of basics if you will.  What I'm looking for is a very chill group. Like, the vibes need to be on point. We're talking acceptance, whimsy, patience, laughs and a general cheery disposition all around.  I need folks who are patient with people who have had a traumatic brain injury (I was introduced to a cement wall at high speeds as a youth). I struggle with nailing down mechanics, it takes a while to really cement them in my head. So I'll often be "Uh...Uh....Uh...*click* is that it?"ing around or "Remiiiiiind me how I...."... I'm also exceedingly awkward and shy around new groups. It's a challenge, the anxiety is real and hasn't abaited in my ADVANCED age. If anything it's gotten worse.  Despite being a human of unusual size, I'm soft spoken. It's not you, it's me. But I'll warm up.  I value "Rule of Cool" over hard mechanics. Rules are great, but I wanna avoid sitting there awkwardly as folks argue over the fine details.  Most importantly, diversity, acceptance and a critical, oh so importance lack of judgement. I'm just a straight CIS dude, but like...come on. Be chill about how others exist yeah? We're all in the world together and arbitrary lines seperating us is just sillyness.  Anyways, That's me.

Hello there! I am Aevan. I recently graduated as a Bachelor of Engineering, Majoring in Electronics. I like buttermilk, dark chocolate and apples. I am always serial crafting one concept before leaping to another worldbuilding, neither of them bearing any similarity beyond their unfinished state and their existence in my synapses. Those rare few lucky enough to get incarnated unto txt files and word docs are few and far between. And they, too, bear the mark of incompleteness despite the level of "corporeality" they may have managed to ascend to. I am a DnD 5e foreverGM looking to indulge myself as a player. The rare times I do get to play, my class of choice may range from purely relativistic melee to Spellswords. I usually play as Intrigue or Detective sorts, with high sink in Int & Wis stats, at times synergizing with abilities like Grim Psychometry or spells like Legend Lore. I do enjoy a good mindless Barbarian or a "I hit 3 times at a row" Human Fighter every now and then, as you do. I am very green to many systems, and while I intend to learn as I go, I do hope my newbie shenanigans, combined by the inner Player finally being released unto a sandbox, will prove to be very little nuisance to the rest of my fellow players. You've heard it before: eternal DM wants to finally get a chance to be a player and has a million and one character ideas up their sleeve to do so. I love 5e (2014 and 2024 versions are both fine) and have been itching to get back into it now that I've managed to get some more free-time in my schedule. I'm very familiar with the rules and most source material, enjoy a good homebrew or modules (no preference), and have equal experience/interest in RP and combat. Hi! I'm Alice and VtM is my all time favorite ttrpg and I really, really want to play again. Back in 2013, I played Vampire the Requiem for the first time and **loved it**. After that, my group moved on to V5 and I've been a die hard anarch ever since. My favorite ever character I had was Hannah the Gangrel. She and her coterie managed to survive a year-long campaign, so I consider her a great success. As a player, I enjoy making characters that are the opposite of me in some way. Take Hannah, she was strong, impulsive and violent, which personally I could never. In DnD, I greatly enjoyed playing a deeply religious and devout Paladin, bound by all sorts of oaths and codes. I'd be willing to commute for an in person game on Sjæland, as long as public transport is easily accessible. So Copenhagen, Roskilde, Køge, anywhere with a train station. For online games, I've made it work before with a 6 hour difference and I'm willing to do it again. I work crappy hours anyway, so I will absolutely stay up late to have some fun playing pretend with strangers on the internet. IRL, I'm in my 30s, working as a cook at a fancy restaurant and have decided I need to get back into my favorite hobbies and cultivate more of a social life. Some other things that bring me joy are crocheting, true crime podcasts, fantasy and scifi novels, and the occasional hike. And that's it. Greetings all! I have been playing TTRPGs on and off for 25 years and although I am naturally more combat-focused, I have been wanting to improve my roleplaying skills a bit more. Not that I think I am awful at roleplay, but we all have room for improvement and that just feels like the skill I could do better in. Hello all, I'm 25f (she/they) and I'm looking for a group to join to try some new systems! I'm a DM for two DnD games (long-running homebrew & a new group that's tackling Lost Mine of Phandelver, 5e and 5,5e). I've been researching and been interested in a lot of other systems to try and broaden my TTRPG horizons, but I'd like to play under some experienced GMs first before I maybe try GMing them myself. Also, I really miss playing and would like to be part of a group. :D Games I'm looking for and my experience level: - Daggerheart (GMed Sablewood Messengers and know the rule book. Any campaign frame or game length, preferably at least a short campaign is okay!!) - Vampire the Masquerade (absolute newbie, know a little bit but definitely need help & explanation for lore & game) - Powered by the Apocalypse systems (also never played, most interested in Masks & Thirsty Sword Lesbians but would read into others as well!) - Candela Obscura (Read the quickstarter guide and very intrigued) What else I'm looking for: - 100% AI-free games. Non-negotiable. - Preferably a weekly or bi-weekly game on week-nights, sometime between 6pm - 11pm/12am CEST. Being okay with missing a session from time to time because of life! :) (communicated beforehand if possible and not an emergency ofc) - Preferably a one-shot or conversation before the game starts to see if we get along. - Preferably a session 0 to set expectations! - Discord with or without video, any VTT or none, I'm not picky. - Preferably at least a 50-50 ratio male to female or non-binary group! - Respectful & friendly group, LGBTQI+ friendly, no bigotry. - A narrative-focused playstyle (should be a given with those systems I think? Hi! All told, I only have about a year of experience playing and GMing, and it's been a looong time, so I'm sure I'm quite rusty. My time zone is CST and my schedule is open. I have no strong preferences when it comes to frequency of sessions, system, or setting. Back when my friends and I actively played, I mostly GMed, using DnD 3.0/3.5, with a little Spycraft on the side. Even though that was years ago, I've never stopped thinking about RPGs, listening to actual play podcasts like The Adventure Zone and Acquisitions, Inc., reading random supplements and forum posts, and playing video games based on tabletop systems/adventures. I love backstory, lore, and worldbuilding and enjoy combat and dungeoncrawling, too. I remember my very first RPG session, when I was a kid, immediately opened my eyes to the creativity and improvisation that the format allows. All I'd done in our first battle was ready my weapon and lightly wound an unlucky bandit... while the far more experienced players of the group spent their first few turns positioning themselves technically, slinging buffs and debuffs, and throwing a tarp over the intimidating-as-hell bandit leader and then setting it ablaze with a torch. I was astounded; I knew I had to have more. The Discworld and Hitchhiker's Guide series of books are dear to me, though I'm down for nearly any fantastical story and setting (much like Pratchett and Adams themselves). Potentially relevant-to-tabletop video game series I've enjoyed are The Witcher, Knights of the Old Republic, Fallout, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Elder Scrolls, Divinity, Baldur's Gate, Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, Legend of Grimrock, and many more. I like to let other players choose their specializations first, so I can try to fill any gaps we have, then build the character's background and motivation from there. That way, everyone who really wants to play a specific role is happy and the group as a whole is well-rounded. Plus, it's just fun to mix things up from game to game, so I've never really had a favorite class, though I do enjoy playing support (gotta have a healer/medic!). If you have the patience to help me shake off the rust and adapt to your setting and system, I'll do as much or as little reading, roleplaying, and rolling as you need. Ugh, this is really starting to sound like a sales pitch, ha ha... sorry. I'll finish by simply saying that I'm excited to meet you and see what adventures you've got brewing!

33M, EST time zone I enjoy engaging with themes of "no good guys", moderate to extreme horror and flawed but earnest characters. I love roleplaying and usually build sheets to reflect a character concept or personality instead of optimized stats. I'm not interested in NSFW roleplay but I will engage with NSFW themes if they fit the game setting. I'm happy to tailor my character concepts and degree of gory detail to whatever the rest of the table is comfortable with. Most of my roleplay experience has been text based or play by post, but I've also played and helped run several campaigns both online and in person that lasted anywhere from months to 2+ years. I have a learning disability that makes math and learning new rulesets difficult (dyscalculia) but I do my best to compensate for it through cheat sheets and reference cards I make for myself. It's a me problem but a little patience while I learn is greatly appreciated. World of Darkness is the setting I have the most experience with, particularly Mage20, Vampire20, and the By Night Studios LARP system. I have a general understanding of WH40K and have read some of the ttrpg sourcebooks but my play experience is limited to some of the video games and a few novels (Rogue Trader, Darktide, Mechanicus, the Night Lords trilogy, Infinite and the Divine). I am tentatively open to systems not specifically tagged but would prefer to avoid DnD (any edition), Daggerheart, Fate, and Apocalypse World/PbtA. Other non-ttrpg favorites include Destiny/Destiny 2, Mistborn, splatterpunk fiction, the Cthulhu mythos, and Murderbot Diaries. I am generally available between 5 to 10pm American EST on Mondays and Wednesday-Friday but there is some variability on Fridays, as I run my own game on that day once or twice a month.

Hello there! My name is Blaze, I'm a 27 y/o transfem, and I've recently decided to dive into learning about World of Darkness and giving it a shot. I've currently bought the core books for Vampire, Werewolf, and Hunter (all 5e) and am down for learning and playing those, or trying out the 20th anniversary games (though I'd need some way of accessing the rules for those). I'm available on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 8am to 12pm PST (sometimes available late at night depending on my work schedule). I'd love to find a group to explore the world of gothic punk horror with!  I like strong and engaging roleplay, with plenty of opportunities to explore my and others' characters, though I also enjoy a good combat. I can be a bit shy with new groups, but if the group is willing to welcome me in, I usually open up pretty fast. I'm still learning about WoD, but if I were to give some thought about character types I might wanna play (I've only skimmed the rulebooks so far): Vampire: Brujah, Tzimice, Nosferatu, or maybe Ventrue Werewolf: Bone Gnawer, Black Fury, Ghost Council, Hart Warden, or Silent Strider Hunter: Inquisitive, Faithful, or Underground Mage: Dunno much, but I'd probably lean towards a Traditions character, though Technocracy could be fun too The rest: I don't know enough about player options in the other games.

Hey, I'm Travis!  I'm a fan of World of Darkness, having run a few Vampire V5 one-shots for friends IRL. But I've never gotten to play myself, so I'm looking for a Vampire, Hunter, Changeling, or Werewolf game to meet new friends and dive into the the world with. TTRPG Experience: High. Yello, I'm Vargo, and I'm looking for a group to play with, primarily on Wednesdays! Unless something wild happens, I can usually be relied on to show up to a session on an agreed day, Wednesdays are when I'm the most free, though. I like combat and roleplay-focused games equally and generally enjoy tabletop roleplaying games. I'm looking to get into Vampire: The Masquerade and World of Darkness in general. Generally, in a roleplay-focused game, I'd prefer it if my character didn't die without a reason, and in a combat-focused game, I know it happens all the time, but I'll still be character-oriented. I probably know more about D&D 5E than I know about my own body at this point, and am hoping to try anything else, honestly.

Been playing DnD 5e for ages, branched out into many different ttrpgs (had a lot of fun with Mutants and Masterminds the first time round, same can be said for Cyberpunk RED), and recently got *really* into playing PF2E.  I try to find a solid balance between storytelling and combat capabilities, and am very flexible as a player with any role and any strength of game.

I've been playing and GM-ing for more than 30 years.  I began with AD&D and World of Darkness, but now play a wide variety of games- too many to list.   Right now, I'm really looking to play Call of Cthulhu, Elfquest, Wraith: the Oblivion, Changeling: the Dreaming, Aberrant (1e), Dresden Files, Good Society, and Paranoia.  I'd prefer to play, but might be willing to run.  I assume most opportunities will be for online play, but I live in the southeastern United States if face-to-face play becomes an option.  I've also designed several RPGs, and will be looking to playtest soon-ish.

Hello! My name is Zeni. I'm a writer and I've been playing tabletop games since 2010, starting with Adeptus Evangelion of all things. I like games that have a heavy focus on roleplay and character dynamics but I am also fond of crunch and strategy. I thoroughly enjoy puzzles and approaching game scenarios as a puzzle box to be investigated, toyed with, and strategized.  My favourite types of game genres are: urban fantasy, horror, and science fiction.  I don't mind adult themes coming up during games, I just ask that I'm given a CW of what to expect so I'm not blindsided. if I can be informed during chargen then even better (thank you in advance!) I'm based in Western Europe and operate on the GMT/BST. I'm not too fond of speaking on mic, though I can do it if need be. I'm available on both discord and teamspeak for games. I tend to prefer text as I can write faster than I can speak. I'm very comfortable in Foundry VTT and I have experience in Roll20. Otherwise I'm happy to play in the theatre of the mind.
