Hey! I've been playing TTRPGs since 2018 with some DMing experience. Over the years, I tried many different systems, like Warhammer Fantasy RPG, Shadow of the Demon Lord, Pathfinder 1e, Dragonbane, Mutant: Year Zero, and some others. But, DnD 5e has been my "comfort" system and I do currently prefer playing it. I'm a player focused on roleplay and character development first and foremost. Character creation in itself is one of my favorite parts of the game, and seeing the backstory I came up with coming back to bite me throughout the game is very fulfilling. But I also enjoy some combat (if I have a sword/spell, why not use it from time to time, right?).

Hello! You can refer to me as Grizz or Doom, either nickname works until we get to know each other better. To get the essentials out of the way; My most experiance is in DnD 5e by far with a few campaigns and plenty of characters beneath my belt. I have dabbled a little in Cybperunk Red & Vampire the Masqurade, though not a full game as of yet. I am a detailed and literate roleplayer with eight years experiance with an average post length of one to two paragraphs that can easily adjust according to scene and pacing. I'm hoping to find someone experianced in GURPS to show me the rulset and teach me about that TTRPG. Be it a one shot or a long term campiagn between us - I have heard a lot of stuff relating to GURPS character creation and the sheer amount of veriaty you could make in it. So I'm hoping to learn just how far that rabbit hole goes in how in depth those systems really are. I am open to any type of campaign, Fantasy, Scifi, Modernday, Lovecraftian. Just give me the low down and details on what the game would be.

Hi, french adult player here. Experienced in PF2E : Been playing and dming 1e and 2e for yers now. Started with naheulbeuk and 1e, then did one game of 5e and finally moved to 2e and a bit of Knight. I play my round quickly and, if possible, some flair. [Type of game]: To complement a more rp focused campaign I'm in I'd like to find a game that's more focused on action and aventure. Looking at recent APs I've seen that Hellbreakers and Hell's destiny look cool. Would be interrested going back into Kingmaker after my previous go was cut short. Or even conversions of 1e AP or homebrew stuff ! : On week days I can play from 19:00 to 00:00 and on saturdays I am free all day from 08:00 to 00:00 [Price:]: 15$/session, can negotiate down for struggling DMs. But otherwise that's the cost for me to play at your table I'm a big gish fan, but so far haven't got to play one in 2e to very high level (highest I got with a magus was level 5 or 6 in abomination vault before a tpk). The only high level AP I got done so far was Age of Ashes several years ago with my sorcerer. So I'd be pretty flexible on roles to fill with one, ideally i'll try to make a magus work and with its upcoming rework I think I could make it fill defensive or offensive roles in a party ! Some characters I played before were: -Phaebus: in 1e, a magus smith from Torch in Iron Gods. He was one of the students of the local mage who had gone missing at the start of the AP, on the way to rescue him he found an intelligent sword of strange design that had lost its memories. He made it his goal to restore the lost memories and learn more about that sword in order to forge his own masterpiece. Piers: 2e Age of Ashes, a draconic sorcerer who chose to become a paragon of heroism for the weak after escaping slavery. He wore shiny plate armor and a shield without any other weapon to be a symbol of protection in the name of Milani. After the end of the campaign he kept travelling to free slaves and oppressed alike. Red Swirl: 2e Kingmaker, a kholo magus from a group of bandit/mercenary kholos who joined the party to get rid of the Staglord, and then stayed to help them deal with anything pertaining to magic. Sadly the game stoped early in book 2. W4N-D3RER: 2e Abomination Vault, an automaton cleric of casandalee who puts on a front talking very robotically and flatly, indicating verbally the tone or emotion he is going for. he does so to get people used to interracting with the less emotive sentient machines children of the goddess. He died late into the dungeon and was planned to return as a ghost summoner, with his old automaton body as a contruct eidolon. But sadly, again, the group disbanded and gave up after a tpk. Some more details: -Won't join games that use AI -LGBTQ friendly is required. -Furry friendly is preferred

I am interested in playing with a group that challenges my role playing skills. Mystery and puzzles always the better. Depending on the game, I could play power hungry, but not in abuse of game rules, in the literal sense. A wizard looking for immortality, a sorcerer looking to become an actual dragon, a fighter looking to master the blade. I am very open however to playing a character to help a DM push a plotline. For example, a Warforged left without a memory, to be filled in later. A Warlock who just wants to find out what happened to his brother, who got wrapped up in some story the DM decides.

Hello. I got into DnD when 3.5 was the current edition, then dropped out and returned for 5th edition recently. I also played some Pathfinder 2E and Call of Cthulhu, and I dabble in other systems I haven't quite been able to play yet (like Vampire: the Masquerade and its sibling systems, or various Powered by the Apocalypse ones). I am looking for an occasional one-shot or short adventure (2-6 sessions tops), to augment my gaming time and test out character concepts I haven't gotten to play in my long-term campaign. I tend to create characters and put them in the drawer until it's time to pull one out, so chances are, for any group or adventure out there, I might have a character or five that would fit, although I am likely to make a new one custom-fit to what a group needs because the act of creating characters is so much fun in its own right. I like variety in my game sessions, some battles, some roleplay, some skill checks (exploration, socializing, puzzles, etc.), some funny times and some serious times. I tend to build and play tank and support characters (there's always a demand for those, it seems), though I can play a straightforward striker too, if it's the right fit for a party. I personally lean towards Good and Lawful, so most of my characters will reflect that, though I can make Evil, Chaotic or even Chaotic Evil characters if they're an especially good fit for an adventure or a given party (aside from murder hoboing, I never saw the point in that and I'm afraid I would not have fun in such a party). For some of my inspiration, it's gotta be the Witcher (both the books by Andrew Sapkowski and the games based on those), the Dark Souls franchise, Baldur's Gate 3 (obvious, I know, but it would be a glaring hole to not mention it) but also old school Final Fantasy games (VI is my favourite, with Terra and Locke and their friends) as well as League of Legends (I played for a few years and then quit when life got too busy, but I've kept fond memories of it all the same). My availability is currently uncertain, hence why I would prefer one-shots or shorter adventures. I could eventually commit to something longer, but I'd rather try out and negotiate something short, then once I prove myself to the others and find a group I feel really welcome in, I can consider committing to a larger campaign. Old-timer who enjoys collaborative character-driven narratives! Preference I love long theatrical games with small groups of three or four where trust replaces the need for contraints. Where the focus is collaborating on building a story, developing characters, navigating social intrigue, diving into schemes and just having fun being creative together. Where the world and the cast is believable and relatable to some degree. I might lean towards the more serious, dark and dystopian games but I absolutely enjoy the occasional organic comedy, absurd situations and lots memes on the side. As a contrast, my least favourite games are those with large groups that's all about combat, optimising, winning and doing progression in a strict system. I prefer when everyone is on cam and I'm used to playing bi-weekly games of 3-4 hours. It's a good fit for me but I am not married to it. Playstyle I like to describe my character's actions in third person, speak as them and take some liberty to describe negligible parts of a scene when it involves my character. I like to stay in-character as much as possible and acting along a little bit on camera but I can adjust to most ways of playing. I'm very aware of the meta layer in games, all the unspoken information that goes on behind the scenes that can help setup spotlights and great moments, not just for my own character but for everyone at the table. I love setting other players up to shine and being as inclusive about the group as possible. I don't like when someone wanders off or doesn't get any spotlight. Also a big fan of lines and veils, and handling friction constructively post-session. Experience I've been into roleplaying games since the turn of the millenia where my curiosity was initially sparked by AD&D and Black Isles videogames. Since then I've played dozens of systems and spent possibly thousands of hours at the table as both player and gamemaster but I've put a pause on running games in recent years until my health is better. I've been into all the crunch of D&D and Pathfinder, the more deductive and psychological games like Delta Green, Eclipse Phase and the varities of World of Darkness, and lately I've been dabbling in more collaboration focused games like Blades in the Dark and The Wildsea. About me I'm in my forties and retired. I got a lot of free time which I'd like to spend more of on TTRPGs. It gives me a lot of flexibility for game sessions and I'm happy to spend time on all the practical stuff around games as well to take some of the load off what usually falls on the gamemaster. I've been told I can be a little intense up front since I'm not the shy type and I can get passionate about games, but once people get to know me, they often find me pretty easy going. Aside from that, I should mention that I've suffered some damage to the cartilage around my throat that can make my voice strain during long sessions. Online Setup Stationary computer at a desk with a decent camera and headset, a stable internet connection, an extra cam (DroidCam+OBS) for peripherals if needed, and I got the entire place to myself, so hopefully no interruptions. Previous experience using Discord, roll20, Foundry VTT, Google Docs and Notion as online tools for games. Give me a poke if you think I'd be a good fit for your game! I like when choices and relationships actually matter over time, and consequnces come back and bite you in the ass. Well, I am a forever gamemaster and rarely play. If I decide to play I focus more on the roleplay side but I also do like combat. Throwing dice is fun. Looking for group!

My partner and myself are looking to get involved in a long-term weekly campaign in Pathfinder 2E (Online via Foundry)! Though we are primarily looking for a GM, we are happy to join a new or existing group with other players. We're looking for something Saturday or Sunday so we can regularly attend. (Weekdays might be possible depending on time, but with working full time, it's a tight window.) Some tidbits about us: * We're *enthusiastic* players. We will ask questions in discord. We will write RP stories and interactions in-between sessions. We will make memes and jokes about our adventures, we will draw or commission art of our characters. I know that can be a bit much for people who just want a board game night, but if that sounds like a "hell yeah" to you, then we might be a good fit! * We are both in our 40s, so preferably looking for a older, 21+ table to gel best with. * We have a mix of experience (played various RPGs for over 15 years!), but have all had experience with PF2E, 5E, and Starfinder. We just really prefer PF2E this time around. * We most enjoy long-term character development and cooperative storytelling, as well as classic RPG adventure and monster-slaying. Our preferred split of roleplaying, exploration/puzzles, and tactical combat is about an even balance. It's all important, but everything should follow from the roleplay and narrative. I'm a 40 year old man, and I really enjoy roleplaying and investing in characters. As far as character class and the like goes, I'm flexible. I'm just as happy playing a frontliner, ranged, spellcaster, support, team pet, as long as the character's fun. Otherwise, combat, exploring, dungeon delving, politicking, I enjoy such things being part of games. One thing I do prefer as far as characters go is I tend to gravitate towards less human-looking races. As far as experience goes, I've got about ten years worth of RPing, starting with D&D 5E (2014) and several other systems I've tried over the years on both sides of the DM screen. Looking to spend more time on the player side of things. I'm available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Evenings preferable, but afternoon starts that allow for breaks to eat would be necessary. EST. Preferably ending at 11 PM at the latest.

Indepth discussions between characters, debates about what to do in different situations. Being challenged on morality of what is happening. Highs of wins fought through hard work and the sting of defeats felt through the whole group, ending in commiseration at the tavern as our characters mourn the loss of a favored NPC. Roleplay is what I love most about TTRPG's. I've been playing them since I was 12 years old (I am now 41), and while at the time it was because of all the cool monsters and stuff, even then I was captured by the different stories you could tell. I would love to share in the telling of the stories with you and your group. I've got extensive experience in a number of different systems from D&D in various incarnations to World of Darkness and Chronicles of Darkness to Masks, Stars Without Number and Fantasy Flight Star Wars. I'm always up for learning a new system! I've also GMed my fair share of games in the past, but am just looking to play right now due to my health right now (I am disabled) That isn't to say I -don't- like the tactical and exploration aspects of the game. When it comes to combat I tend to be more of a tactition sort of player, analyzing the playfield and trying to figure out the enemy. Though that hasn't ever stopped me from making the -stupid- decisions because they were in character. Story and plot over mechanical wins for me every time. Failure is always an option. It never is an end point, because it just gives new opportunities for story, even if it stings and hurts in the moment. We find the motivation in that. Current Availability: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Evenings weekly. Monday Evenings and Saturday Days every other week.

Trying to find a consistent group to get to know that can play on weekends. Prefer DND 5E 2024, but I'm willing to play 2014 version, Daggerheart, PF2E, or similar feeling games, though I'd need time to learn PF2E or anything I didn't list specifically. Prefer a more RP focused lower PC death risk game that can be expected to continue running for many sessions with mostly consistent players. While I'm flexible with campaign setting I would like a seeing and/or tone that isn't too silly. I have a vehicle and am willing to drive and likely occasionally host if the group is looking to spread the burden of hosting out. Based out of Glen Burnie, MD Inn the United States and unlikely to move to a different location anytime in the near future. I'm LGBTQ friendly Male, accepting of any religion, as long as it's not being used to justify hate, with no intentions to use this group as a way to meet anyone for anything more than friends and coplayers. So, I believe I can fit into any table, other than obviously women's only groups. I've played TTRPG since i was like 10 on and off. DMed frequently, but no longer have the time to DM full campaigns. Since then I've played a lot of systems and GMd my fair share, but what I like the most are the narrative driven ones with fun, creative people, like Blades in the Dark. I also recently got into Solo RPGs, but I do miss the interacting with people and the back and forth of a group. Life is busy and chaotic, and as many of you might have experienced, scheduling is the greatest monster for any game. Which is why I am looking for a game or community of other imaginative people to play, talk games, scenarios, and other nerd topics. I am a parent, so ideally people +30 years old, LGBTQ+ friendly, and with a passion for sci-fi and fantasy, books, and creative endeavours. I lean towards a narrative-first playstyle: I love weaving characters into the party’s story and leaning into the lore. And I'm a flexible support player, happy to fill in roles that help the group shine. Apart from TTRPGs and nerd stuff, I love to garden and I'm excited about my plants this year, and cooking, and can always talk about plants and food.

Hello! I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for about 6 years, primarily 5e and SWRPG FFG. I’m looking to get into systems like Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, Draw Steel, Mutants & Masterminds, and Daggerheart. Lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, sci-fantasy, and superhero games, but I’m open to trying other settings. I tend to enjoy balanced games where combat is present, but roleplay, story, and character choices are just as prevelant. Character-driven campaigns, heroic adventuring, mysteries, investigations, political intrigue, and even kingdom-building all sound interesting to me. Character-wise, I tend to gravitate toward sword-and-sorcery types, shapeshifters, summoners, and pet/companion classes that are sarcastic, conflicted, or strong and stoic. I’m available weekends, any time, US Central timezone. I’m hoping to find a group that enjoys collaborative storytelling, is LGBT-friendly, and takes the game seriously enough for the story to mean something to everyone without losing the ability to joke and have fun. I'm Nik, in my late thirties and ageing like Keanu. I'm from the UK, run my games online via Foundry VTT and am a friendly and chilled guy, but most definitely a forever DM. I've only ever had the chance to play to the end of the first book of Pathfinders Legacy of Fire, so the games I'd love to play from start to finish (in order of most wanted to least for each system) are: Pathfinder 1 - Curse of the Crimson Throne, Return of the Runelords, Kingmaker. Pathfinder 2 - Any of the above converted to 2E, or anything else. D&D 5E - Curse of Strahd. Call of Cthulhu - Never played, but with the right DM, would love to try it. I make all of my physical character sheets and tokens in Photoshop, love roleplay-heavy campaigns and as a DM, prefer running gritty, grounded games over power fantasy. I'm currently working on an original Berserk (Manga) themed campaign, and have been writing an original sequel to the Alien RPG intro campaign - Hope's Last Day. 10 years of TTRPG experience, 5 of those in PF2e. I've mainly been a GM in PF2e and have had two campaigns reach Level 20, but not much experience on the other side of the screen. My preferences between combat and RP are close to 50/50 with a slight lean towards combat, and I typically play martials. 18+ only (potentially 25+ only because I'm in my 30s now, but it's not a hard rule for me atm). What's up, I'm Grembo. I've been playing tabletops off and on for a little over ten years. I started with D&D 3.5, moved to 5e. Then did Pathfinder 2e, and Star Wars FFG (which is my personal favorite). I love a good combination of rp and mechanics/combat! Seeing how characters engage with each other, the plot, and their own personal stories is always the highlight of any campaign! But I also love to see the funny little guys throw out their funny little numbers. For builds, I do have a strong tendency to play tanks, as I love to take a hit for the team. And I love a big ass shield, it's chefs kiss if there's good shield mechanics in a game. For characters, I've got a variety of pre-existing brain barbies to choose from, but I can always make a new one if need be for a campaign! Most important of all, mutual respect and kindness in any group is a big priority. Being cruel or adversarial kind of goes against the collaborative point of the game, y'know?

Hi, I'm Daniel, in my 30s. I wouldn't describe myself as a min-maxer. I do like to build well-rounded, good-functioning characters, but if my character's story calls for it, I will take incredibly bad character options and roll with it. I love playing anything that can do magical, extraordinary stuff. I also like big swords. Combat is fun, but I also enjoy the chance of some roleplay when it comes along naturally. I am less of a fan of forced social interactions. I have been doing online chat RPG in the Star Trek world for over 20 years. In TTRPGs, I've been active for more than 10 years, playing mostly Pathfinder 1e and now Pathfinder 2e after a brief stint with D&D 5. On the side, I've tried Starfinder 1 and some oddball systems as one-shots (Numenera, Shadowrun, Call of Cthulhu, Traveller, etc.). I have also GM'd a few campaigns in both Pathfinder editions. On weekdays, I can do some evenings, but I have to get up early in the morning for my job. On the weekends, most times will be possible, if they're not in the middle of the (European) night. Hi I'm Jack, I'm a 23 year old guy living in South Jersey who just never seems to be around people who want to play the games I'm interested in. I've been playing D&D off and on since I was 8 either with my dad or my friends in highschool. Most of my experience is with 5e and I've been playing 5.5 pretty regularly since it came out but honestly I'm pretty tired of it, it just doesn't give me what I want out of a ttrpg. Currently I'm most interested in Pathfinder 2E after reading through the books but I'm also down to play 1E. I've never actually GM'd but if I can't find a group I would love to give it a shot with PF2E. When it comes to wargames I'm a complete newbie, other than what I'm currently doing which is painting minis and terrain hoping I can find some people to play with. I'm mostly interested in Frostgrave since I already have minis I can use for that but Infinity looks like something I'd really enjoy. And of course board games, I have a weekly group I go to but I'm always looking for more people to play with, especially Gloomhaven (check my posts) But I'll play just about any board game.

Long-time 5e enjoyer (not the half-baked rerelease), formerly knowledgeable in 4e, Canadian, 30. Friendly, lax, witty. 10+ years in the hobby. Roleplaying-oriented player and big on world exploration, would prefer to find a table that matches those aspects, but at the same time I'm not opposed to a classic combat-heavy dungeon crawl if it's run well, particularly in PF2e or 4e D&D.
