I'm Nick, I'm a 32yo male/AMAB non-binary person, with a few years of experience playing D&D 3.5, D&D 5.0, and CoC 7th. I'm a little burnt out on those (mostly D&D/high fantasy) so I'd prefer to play a different system, but I'm not against those systems if the campaign is appealing enough. I'm open-minded, intelligent, and a quick learner so picking up new systems is pretty easy for me. The systems that appeal to me the most right now are Mutants & Masterminds, Cyberpunk, Mothership, Kult, Unknown Armies, any World/Chronicles of Darkness system, or any obscure or homebrew horror system (any setting with heavy horror). My ideal group would consist of people around my age but I'll play with anyone 18+. I'm friendly and get along with pretty much everyone, and have thick skin so I don't mind banter, darker themes, or adult content. LGBTQIA+ friendly (obviously lol), female friendly, POC friendly. I'm also not going to get too antsy if we get a little derailed from play sometimes, especially with goofier groups, but I love serious play just as much. Currently looking to play weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, during evenings/nights. Saturdays are undesirable at the moment but if I really love the campaign idea I can make the time for it. I can't play Tuesday afternoons and both Wednesday and Sunday are off limits at the moment. Long term campaigns are ideal. I'm a pretty dedicated player, I rarely miss sessions. Any VTT is fine (I love Foundry), theater of the mind is also fine. I'm not a big fan of Roll20 but I'll use it if I have to lol. I have and use Discord regularly. I also would pefer not to be on cam, but I do have a webcam. However I do not want to be recorded and posted on the public internet so skip me if you're running on a stream, youtube recording, podcast, etc. Recordings for private note-taking purposes are okay but do not post them online publicly. I love creating characters (especially flawed characters) so I usually have several character ideas for multiple systems either ready-to-play or brewing, even for systems I've ever played (such as M&M 3e, Unknown Armies, Kult, etc). I'm flexible enough to stick with RAW or go full homebrew, I will always work with the DM to ensure that my character is suitable for their campaign, especially if we dive into heavy homebrew. I generally prefer not to min/max but I'm not against it, I just find flawed characters (mechanical and flavor) to be far more interesting and fun to play. I don't meta game, backseat game, rules lawyer, and I don't have main character syndrome (if anything I'm a little shy of the limelight). I can also handle bad outcomes and character death, I believe that's just part of the storytelling aspect of TTRPGs. I love roleplay, combat, exploration, puzzle solving, pretty much every aspect of TTRPGs so I'm generally comfortable with any ratio. I also sometimes to photo-manipulation/digital collage art, drawn art (digital and traditional), etc for my character, other characters, campaigns, but I'm not very good at it (yet). Usually this is for comedic effect or out of necessity. I also do art and writing outside of TTRPG play. Not interested in play-by-post or paid games, sorry.

Old-timer who enjoys collaborative character-driven narratives! Preference I love long theatrical games with small groups of three or four where trust replaces the need for contraints. Where the focus is collaborating on building a story, developing characters, navigating social intrigue, diving into schemes and just having fun being creative together. Where the world and the cast is believable and relatable to some degree. I might lean towards the more serious, dark and dystopian games but I absolutely enjoy the occasional organic comedy, absurd situations and lots memes on the side. As a contrast, my least favourite games are those with large groups that's all about combat, optimising, winning and doing progression in a strict system. I prefer when everyone is on cam and I'm used to playing bi-weekly games of 3-4 hours. It's a good fit for me but I am not married to it. Playstyle I like to describe my character's actions in third person, speak as them and take some liberty to describe negligible parts of a scene when it involves my character. I like to stay in-character as much as possible and acting along a little bit on camera but I can adjust to most ways of playing. I'm very aware of the meta layer in games, all the unspoken information that goes on behind the scenes that can help setup spotlights and great moments, not just for my own character but for everyone at the table. I love setting other players up to shine and being as inclusive about the group as possible. I don't like when someone wanders off or doesn't get any spotlight. Also a big fan of lines and veils, and handling friction constructively post-session. Experience I've been into roleplaying games since the turn of the millenia where my curiosity was initially sparked by AD&D and Black Isles videogames. Since then I've played dozens of systems and spent possibly thousands of hours at the table as both player and gamemaster but I've put a pause on running games in recent years until my health is better. I've been into all the crunch of D&D and Pathfinder, the more deductive and psychological games like Delta Green, Eclipse Phase and the varities of World of Darkness, and lately I've been dabbling in more collaboration focused games like Blades in the Dark and The Wildsea. About me I'm in my forties and retired. I got a lot of free time which I'd like to spend more of on TTRPGs. It gives me a lot of flexibility for game sessions and I'm happy to spend time on all the practical stuff around games as well to take some of the load off what usually falls on the gamemaster. I've been told I can be a little intense up front since I'm not the shy type and I can get passionate about games, but once people get to know me, they often find me pretty easy going. Aside from that, I should mention that I've suffered some damage to the cartilage around my throat that can make my voice strain during long sessions. Online Setup Stationary computer at a desk with a decent camera and headset, a stable internet connection, an extra cam (DroidCam+OBS) for peripherals if needed, and I got the entire place to myself, so hopefully no interruptions. Hello! I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for about 6 years, primarily 5e and SWRPG FFG. I’m looking to get into systems like Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, Draw Steel, Mutants & Masterminds, and Daggerheart. Lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, sci-fantasy, and superhero games, but I’m open to trying other settings. I tend to enjoy balanced games where combat is present, but roleplay, story, and character choices are just as prevelant. Character-driven campaigns, heroic adventuring, mysteries, investigations, political intrigue, and even kingdom-building all sound interesting to me. Character-wise, I tend to gravitate toward sword-and-sorcery types, shapeshifters, summoners, and pet/companion classes that are sarcastic, conflicted, or strong and stoic. I’m available weekends, any time, US Central timezone. I’m hoping to find a group that enjoys collaborative storytelling, is LGBT-friendly, and takes the game seriously enough for the story to mean something to everyone without losing the ability to joke and have fun. Hello! I’m a huge D&D nerd looking for a campaign to join. I’ve run multiple campaigns over the past few years, listened to several actual-play campaigns, and played in a few games myself, so I have a decent amount of experience. I still get confused sometimes though 😅 I’m looking for a weekly or bi-weekly group, preferably on Fridays. I’m available any time after 2 PM MST and before 7 PM MST. Sometimes life throws a curveball at me, but I will always let the group know ahead of time if I can’t make a session or if something comes up. I’m neurodivergent and have some learning disabilities, which can occasionally affect gameplay a little. Sometimes I may need something repeated or need a little extra time to read or figure something out, but overall it’s not usually a major issue. I really enjoy roleplay-focused campaigns, even though I’m not great at character voices yet. I enjoy combat too, as long as it isn’t nonstop encounter after encounter after encounter. I’m also completely fine with games where characters can die if it makes sense for the story or situation. I always have way too many character ideas floating around in my head, so I’m happy to make someone new if needed. I often enjoy games that focus on a smaller parts of an extensive world, with a constant dose of thrilling combat, fun & chaotic character interactions and mysteries that don't rely on cheap twists to keep themselves going. I enjoy dark/serious topics as much as a story of our characters basically dicking around. I prefer campaigns that are on the medium/longer side. I can do one-shots/short missions, but I find that I only really enjoy them when they are interconnected with a larger narrative. Currently interested in trying out other systems than D&D, most prominently Lancer(I love mechs) and Mutants&Mayhem(I love superheroes). Although I live in the GMT timezone, I'm no stranger to playing at unusual times to match people from other timezones.

There are so many awesome games to explore and so little time!

Been part of a Candela Obscura table for about 2 years every other Tuesday. Love that so much got a tattoo of it. Tried to branch out to roll 20 discord voice for a few months, got enjoyment out of it but i started to feel pressured to 'perform'. I also hated how an entire session could be filled up with just combat. While combat is fun, if it is number crunchy and too long it just feels like a waste of time. I'm a rp and lore junky. I loved the characters and story of my campaigns, did not care or know really how to make a super powerful and dps build. Which tells me while I prefer combat to be more rp prone. I'm a 34 year old mailman and husband and father, so time is very tight. I will post at least 5 posts a day. Depending on the workload and how high maintenance the family is, and if I find the pbp compelling, I might do a lot more. I hope so. That's why I ultimately ended up bowing out of the dnd. So my next stepping stone in my ttrpg journey is to find a pbp that posts normally that focuses on rp and story. While I appreciate the chaos and uncertainty of the dice it shouldn't be at the deterrent of player creativity, or fun, or rule of cool. But that's just me. I can learn any system or setting, I'm a smart dude. I value the people and the pc and the story over all. Also, I'm from Kansas. In the US. Normal sleep schedule. So CDT is where I'm at. That has been an issue before. I've never done paid pbp before but if the quality of the campaign, and set up, and pace is good enough I have no issue helping with a few dollars to the gm

I'm Buff Mimic, I also enjoy Mimi, I'm 23 years old, MtF trans, and an enjoyer of a variety of TTRPG's though I'm currently on the look out for Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition and or Daggerheart. I've done so much D&D and d20 esque systems that I've been yearning to play with some other dice systems. About Me I've played TTRPG's as a whole for about 11 years now, nearing 12, and I got into it with D&D 5e. Pathfinder 1e definitely has most of my experience past that, especially the Final Fantasy supplement of it, but I've also experienced Fabula Ultima, Legends in the Mist, Scion, ROOT, and of course VTM. Though VTM 5e is still new to me and I'm really looking to explore it further. I really love playing characters who have stronger personalities. Confident, smug, a bit teasing all around. I try to make them a bit more of the sweet sort, but I do enjoy leaning into a bit more of a brutish side when time allows. One can blame my love of Barbarian for it I am sure. That said being a brute doesn't mean I don't enjoy someone charismatic, and I often like to get deep into roleplay or character creation to give that personality something unique and fun about them. Outside of TTRPG's I have some favorite games in Final Fantasy 14, Monster Hunter World, Nuclear Throne, Celeste, and Rabbit & Steel. I like the games that can make my adrenaline spike... or allow me some fun to customize and be a lil bit of a fashionista with my character as I do enjoy making them look pretty. When it comes to games themselves I'm not really afraid of any real topics. I don't chomp at the bit for horrible things to happen, but if something makes sense to happen narratively I'd rather it happen so I can properly react to the horror that is put in front of me and give some real honest reactions so I can really emulate how my character would feel. I'll play pretty much anything however. I just have a preferance for wanting to learn some new things.

Hello, I am an avid TTRPG enthusiest and have read the entirety of rule books for advanced DnD 2nd edition. I have a large knowledge of Pathfinder 1e as well as Vampire the masquerade 5e and DnD 5e. I also have read a large amount of books for other rpgs including mask a new generation, vampire the requiem, mutants and masterminds 2e, the older world of darkness editions, marvel heroic rpg, and more. I am anxious with new people, but once I learn the group vibe I play my charecters with joy and enthusiasm. I am intrested in playing with a group that I can be myself in and I will listen to any concerns others have without jugment and I hope for the same in return. I am willing to try any system if I can get my hands on a copy of the rule book.

Hi! My name is Jamie, and I am looking to jump into a game of Mutants and Masterminds (Or Champions) to explore the world of Superhero TTRPGs! I grew up with a dad who was a huge comic guy, and that passed onto me, so I love superheroes and villains and naturally would love to be part of a unique story with my own superhuman alongside a cast of others. I have been playing TTRPGs for over 6 years now, mostly DnD5e, but I have dabbled in Pathfinder, the World of Darkness systems, and Lancer! I am a huge fan of series such as the Wheel of Time books, not long ago I began the Mistborn series, and am big into video games, too. My playstyle generally is that of an 'instigator'. Not that I am trying to start drama (at least not the bad kind!), but make things happen in the game that further the plot or create fun narratives. I lean towards roleplay, certainly, but I do love a power fantasy combat from time to time, making those battles that truly test me shine all the more! I haven't actually played Mutants and Masterminds or Champions before, but I have looked into the systems and am mostly comfortable with the rules; of course, experience is best in these situations, so I am dearly hoping to dip my toes into the system(s). I am looking for an online game, and that is where most of my previous experience is anyway. Usually utilising Discord as a way of communicating, and using Foundry VTT to actually play with maps and character sheets. I am not foreign to Play by Post, however. I am within the GMT+1 timezone, and Mondays are my best free day, but I can go outside of that for other timezones. Hi! I am a very experienced player/GM that's been in the TTRPG scene for 12 years now, going through a number of systems and always learning more. I have a heavy focus on the role playing part of the game that still enjoys combat, especially trying to make silly or gimmicky combat styles work. I prefer a more serious tone of game with jokes made by the players rather than everything being a joke from the outset, but I do love having a few good laughs a session (without going too off track). I've both DM'd and played for most of the games listed in my experience and most of then for more than a year apiece, but I'm always willing to learn more and generally prefer a rullings over rules approach that lets players and GMs be a bit more out of the box with their thinking and improv-ing

Howdy. I go by Doc. Been playing DnD 5e for ages, branched out into many different ttrpgs (had a lot of fun with Mutants and Masterminds the first time round, same can be said for Cyberpunk RED), and recently got *really* into playing PF2E. I try to find a solid balance between storytelling and combat capabilities, and am very flexible as a player with any role and any strength of game.

I've been playing and GMing for a very long time and am familiar with a lot of different systems -- lots of D&D, and occasionally other things. At the moment I'm interested in playing as a player, and only the things that personally pique my interestest -- so not D&D, or anthing that's basically D&D but with the serial numbers filed off. Basically, that means either cyberpunk (the lowercase-C genre or the uppercase-C specific game), or superheroes (but not super-mercenaries or super-assassins or super-tortured-loners).

Hi y'all! My name is Doe, and I'm a fairly new player to the ttrpg world! I recently got into it after my workplace hosted a oneshot dnd campaign and it was honestly really fun, and pushed me into looking into more games like that! So far the joirney has been interesting, and I want to learn more and more about different TTRPG's I can play in and world buils with any group willing to take a newbie under their wing. I prefer to play through discord voice call since it's easier for me. And my schedule changes bi-weekly. For instance, if I'm free on Saturday this week, next week i'll be working but I'll be free on Thursday, and then it interchanges again and again till further notice. I like to write, draw, listen to music and play Zenless Zone Zero. I've spent a pretty buck on that game so if i'm not doing any of the first three listed I'm probably grinding away on ZZZ lol. I'm a long term TTRPG fan who has done their share of DMing and playing. I've explored several different systems, but my long time group has fallen apart. I'm looking to find another group of people that want to play, hang out, and have fun.

So, here we go. Long time player here, over 30 years. Mostly 3.5 but I've played A-DND and 5th edition as well (still learning 5th and would love to continue) also have played plenty of other RPG's basically everything by WhiteWolf (world of darkness), Star wars (d6 and d20), Rifts (pretty much anything by Palladium), Final Fantasy, d20 modern, Marvel, Mutants and Masterminds, BattleTech, and on and on. As far as game play I tend towards the chaotic, I'm the guy that's gonna put the magic item on to figure out what it does rather than wait for an identify spell. Favored classes are Ranger and Rogue but I can play anything. I will clash with "law and order" players. Love homebrew and games with a lot of Roleplay. Biggest pet peeve in gaming is players that can't separate player and character knowledge, just because you know a monster is weak against fire, or the last time you played this module the epic magic item was hidden behind this wall doesn't mean your character does. Drives me nuts... I'm in my 40's, a family man, love RPG's, easy to get along with and looking for a table with long term plans to play. I work school day hours and some weekends, I'm free Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Nights and every other Saturday all day.
